The book was written to help final year students to transition from the world of college to the world of work. The book identifies certain skills and qualities that new employees have to develop in their first 5 years at work to get their careers of to successful start.
These skills and qualities have been selected by the author based on his 40 year career initially as a HR Director and more recently as the founder and Managing Director of a leading Recruitment & HR Consultancy headquartered in Galway.
