Honey of Autumn

Leaves amaze us
with red and orange craze
breathing in cool air
we are in stars of fall flair
joy in every tree church
cardinals in trees gripping perch
so sweet they sing
they bring so much beauty
to our day
dripping in the sun’s best red ray.
