The Forge at Gort litfest

DSCF1929-1The Forge at Gort litfest takes place at the W.B.Yeats Suite of the Lady Gregory Hotel, Gort, Co. Galway, next Saturday, March 29th, starting at 12 noon. Among those reading are poet Patrick Deeley, playwright and poet Gerry McDonnell, poet and editor Seamus Cashman, poets Terri Murray, Mary Ellen Fean and Fred Johnston. Readings are admission free. We are grateful for subvention from AIB Gort and private contributors. Regrettably, neither Poetry Ireland nor The Arts Council would fund the festival on this its eighth outing.
